It's time for another Birthday/Blogoversary Giveaway! In honor of my birthday (July 4) and my six month blogoversary (July 6), I am hosting a few giveaways here on Feeding My Book Addiction as a way to mark the occasions and say thank you to everyone who has read, commented, and helped make my blog a success! Before I go any further, I must announce the winner of Birthday/Blogoversary Giveaway #1. The winner is Mary! Congratulations! Your books will go in the mail tomorrow. 

Birthday/Blogoversary Giveaway #2 is a $15 (US Dollar) gift card to Amazon so the lucky winner can purchase a book of his or her choice! Here's what you have to do to enter:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Live in a country that Amazon can ship to.
• Follow Feeding My Book Addiction.
• Fill out the form below.
• Enter before noon (EST), Tuesday, July 19. 
• Extra entry: There is an optional question on the form asking what book you will purchase if you win. If you answer with a book I've reviewed on Feeding My Book Addiction, I'll give you a second entry into the giveaway.
• The gift card will be sent via email to the winner after the giveaway ends.
